The client

Vision for Living was established in 1995 to create a platform in Wales for people to meet, learn about and enjoy a natural way for better health and happiness. In 2017, the client rebranded the Natural Health Show to be the Cardiff Festival of Wellbeing and sought our support in the couple of months leading up to the event to create a sense of excitement and anticipation and to announce exhibitors and activities as they became known.

The customers

The festival and campaign were targeted at both men and women, although engagement was expected to be higher from women. The campaign reached people within a 60 km radius of Cardiff city centre and was promoted to people aged 21+. Targeting was further refined to reach people with a specific interest in natural and alternative health and lifestyles.

Our solution

We developed a design that captured the spirit of the festival, showcasing all of the key themes for the day. In total, we created 20 unique posts on Facebook and Instagram which included detailed information about exhibitors. We also created a number of countdown posts to encourage booking and a video slideshow that was shown in the last week prior to the event. The campaign achieved a high level of audience engagement and led to numerous enquiries from exhibitors and customers and a very successful event.
